Just on the off chance you could check under power settings to make sure it's set to best performance? Otherwise you could be losing performance for the sake of battery.
Also, just a heads up, if your looking for someone to help you it's always best to actually list your specs, rather than 'I have a new gaming pc and it plays such and such a game great'.
I have 4090 with good enough pc to run best looking games at 120fps in 4k with max settings but this little game revs my fan like crazy. Something is wrong. There is not really that much going on the screen.
