How to Build Ramparts

As title says, there's a mission to build ramparts... but I see no way to actually build them.

click on your town center and in the bottom right of the box that pops up is a little box that shows a wall you click that and then can build the rampart

Thank you, they need to make that icon a little more obvious...

It's in the text that tells you to build it.
