We’re a small team of fewer than 10 people, but rest assured that some features are being reworked based on player feedback.
As for the zoom, the game wasn’t designed to zoom more. However, there’s a button at the top right of the interface that lets you switch cameras and explore your city in a much freer way. We see this more as the beginnings of a ‘photo mode’ rather than a new gameplay camera.
