Yes, there is a tutorial to explain the basics of the game if that's what you want to know.

I find the tutorial very easy and intuitive, the whole game is not very complicated

I've just finished my first run-thru and am starting my 2nd. I would say the tutorial is easy, but figuring out the game takes time. I know a lot more than I did at the start, but I'm still figuring out the intricacies of different aspects of the game.

Before I start playing, I quickly watch a video on YouTube for a few minutes to see how others explain the game. They know stuff I do not know, and vise-versa. Then I'm off to play this game.

Could someone tell me one thing? In the Book of Satisfactions, there are 7 colored circles above the Rallies section. I still do not know what they refer to. (There are 5 satisfactions, 6 types of factions, I don't see anything with 7.)

I think I blocked myself in it. I used those blueprints to buy upgrades for the lumbermill and farm and then I had none to get a cultural building. Do i need to restart or am I missing something?
nvm, found the building, I guess I am blind :)

The game is generally easy. The only challenges arise when you run out of food or when neighbors get mad at each other, or some resource runs out and you have to rebuild extraction somewhere else. At least I don't even remember doing the tutorial, so if I did there was no hardship I remember going through to do it, and the game is relatively intuitive (or believe me, I would have complained about it in my review or something).

The only thing id say about the tutorial is that it asks you to click certain UI elements down the line which at that point as a new player you have no idea where the hell it is. The tutorial doesn't even highlight it to you. Had that happen several times while playing it.
