It takes 5s to check and see that this game wasn't developed by Team Meat.
In the time you took to write this rant, you could have fact checked your initial assumptions.
Just overall, good life advice in general.
I would add too that because a game is simple or not what you want doesn't mean it meant to fail and bad and so also a freaking toxic mobile game either.
The franchise isn't "dead" but the og might be .
But honestly what do you want a copy paste of the first game ? It's already well rounded just play it.
But still i agree it would'nt be that hard t omake a decent sequel even without new mechanics ...
It's not a tetris game at all btw. Its supposed to be a Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine-like game (from sega genesis). So far I have found it to be pretty fun, maybe a little frustrating because its so fast paced, but I think this could be good. I would understand if it gets overlooked like Legend of Bumbo (which was also a great game)
Mobile game = Bad (doesnt matter why, it just is)
Autorunner = Mobile game
SMBF = Autorunner
SMBF = Bad.
Your point just doesn't work, they aren't making it for quick buck. If they wanted money they would either print out a bunch of those smalle games over the years or just make a Super meat boy clone.
