What does this switch in Withering Hills do?

It seems like it doesn't do anything at all... Spoilers are fine if you have to to explain it.

There are a few of them dotted about the area; all of them need to be triggered before the secret is revealed.

I found one other one in the SW but that's it

there are three of them that all need Arcane Sight to be seen. They reveal a chest in in the upper right area
