Resolution issues

When the game loads, The opening screen just zooms in on the upper left hand part of the game, such that I can't adjust or access the game options. I've tried turning the resolution down on the computer (1920X1080) but the mouse never moves outside of the upper left square. I have no idea how to correct this. Any ideas?

You can try alt+enter to toggle fullscreen mode.

Yep alt-enter worked for me, I got in contact with the game's tech support and they showed me that. thanks.
