Well,this is quite the conundrum... (MOD HELP NEEDED)(Fixed,thank you GameSamba)
Well,after going in circles after half an hour,I have nowhere else to turn. Let me explain my adventure; I try to log into Regnum today;and I see 'User is Disabled' and wonder what that is,after looking around a bit I find that it is a ban;whether it is temporary or not I don't know. For what,I also fail to know; I haven't even gotten to do any form of PVP yet,I've just been questing,and keep to myself when playing. And so,I try to go onto their forums; I can't log in. ON their forums it says 'invalid username or password.' Note that in the actual program itself it simply says 'user is disabled' when I log into that,meaning it recognizes the password. Then it only gets more confusing; I try to send a password change to my E-mail,yet it says 'invalid username and email combination' and so the only thing left to try is username recovery,of which I sent multiple times,and have not received a single one. I also cannot use their support service as you need to log in to do anything besides general,and it specifically states in the ticket submission rules that the abuse section is for user disabled issues. I am still going to post something similar to this within the 'stolen accounts' section,and I also made a new account to simply use the GameSamba(site Regnum is part of) ticket support; I am just posting here for A. if anyone else had this issue,and B. if the mods here can help first.

PROBLEM RESOLVED. Email from GameSamba: The system detected a speed hack which usually falling very fast from a cliff or wall sometimes makes it think you are moving too fast. We have removed the ban from your account you should be able to log back in. If you have any further issues feel free to ticket here and we will assist you.

As I have played a slew of various MMOs I am somewhat used to being able to jump off of cliffs with only some injury. I do remember falling off of a cliff(and dying) a few times due to such,and the system must have detected it.

P.S. I do think he fact that I could not log into their site for this was a tad more troublesome than it should have been,though.

i think you did the right thing.

and i think it is ridiculous that the system allows an account to be disabled and the user is unable to use that account to query why. this is in breach of the principles of natural justice and would, under most western systems of general law, be tantamount to an unacceptable attempt by NGD to impose an unenforceable penalty clause.

i wonder how World of Warcraft handles situations like this. I suspect the correct approach is to disable access to the game, but not to disable the account. A message should then pop up asking the user to contact NGD.

Really unacceptable in most western jurisdictions.

good to hear its fixed. gamesamba is very responsive on customer service, but i think sometimes, since they are not the developers, the speed at which they can move is restricted.

i do not know how else to prevent antispeed hacks except the way NGD has strictly designed it (better to be strict than loose i think).

i would like the way they respond to be amended so that the account is only blocked from the game, and not from the support ticket system, but i am not sure if this was the case for you.

Oh,I was blocked from all but the 'general' and 'account stolen' sections of the Regnum help;the help I recieved was from the ticket through the GameSamba ticket system and not Regnum. The Regnum support itself states,and this is copy/paste:

WARNING: WE DON'T PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR GAMESAMBA, GAMIGO OR BOACOMPRA

The following topics will be deleted or not replied if they are not sent to the correct section:

- Account disabled: ABUSE
- Country change: SUPPORT
- Account stolen: STOLEN ACCOUNTS
- Cannot access acount, changed password: STOLEN ACCOUNTS
- Reports of abuse: ABUSE

- Non-credited Ximerin: BILLING

BILLING section is only for payment issues. Not for item related problems.

Please do not post these topics in GENERAL or they will be deleted with no further notice.

If you are logged in please DO NOT post in GENERAL as the reply will have a longer delay than SUPPORT, BILLING or ABUSE."

Which does seem slightly preposterous if you lose account access when disabled.

oh ok gamesamaba helped through their ticket system that's good.
at least they didn't block that.

all the mmos ive tried which have regional distributors (Regnum, Silkroad) and i believe other similar ones (perfect Worlds, ncsoft yeaa omg its a pain) have totally crap and really useless ticketing and account registration systems.

For example, gamesamba and ngd itself (the official site {링크가 삭제되었습니다} need you to register at least 2x one for the game and one for the forum site. I've had multiple instances where i will register multiple times for both and still be unable to log in the game or use their website. Maybe its due to lag in their systems. Gamesamba is better because they do pay attention to what players say. But I suspect Perfect Worlds and Silkroad have the same problems.

(then i get confused between the login for the game and the login for the forums, esp when i have multiplae accounts for multiple games, and then multiple emails of course. i feel this is a problem across many players and not just me).

actually i dont think even mmo devs (including china/korean devs) know the extent of these really cumbersome problems. it's like there is no understanding of science or engineering discipline in their systems.
