Club access doesn't transfer between platforms. You should still have club access on PS5. Sadly this is because of platform restictions so devs have no control over that.

They very much have control over your access, they choose not to honour your subscription between devices/platforms... It makes them more money that way.

The problem is that console platform owners (sony/microsoft) want a cut of your purchase of the club access. Devs tried to negotiate a deal that would allow cross-platform subscriptions, but it was declined.

That's fair, but you'd imagine the "big" publishers would have some kind of sway or leverage for these kinds of things.

It's a shame that the platforms acted in this way, couldn't it be enough to get revenue from the people who purchase through your platform? Do they have so little faith in the strength of their own storefronts? Sadly, it's all about money whether it's UbiNadeo or whether it's Sony or Microsoft, never about customer service or delivering value.
