Trackmania

Trackmania

Why the game is crashing with no reason so oftenly ?
Hey,
I'm experiencing an issue, my game close every 2 or 3 maps, without any reason and any message.
Is there a way to know the reason ? May someone have a solution ?
Thanks !

Hey guys,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering crashing issues and launch issues in Trackmania.

To rule out some common causes of issues I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Trackmania.
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
- Launch Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Trackmania using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted.

Should this persist, would it be possible to share your system specs so we can help further?

Many thanks

Just jumping on here too with crashing issues. Since the latest update, my game will crash after maybe 20mins of playtime. No error message, Reall weird
Does the app close upon crash? My crash just looks like an endless black screen upon selecting a map and I haven't had this issue in the past. Will try updating Ubisoft connect.

edit: Turns out I'm just impatient. This week's shorts track 4 always shows a black screen for 20 seconds or so before showing loading screen, I just needed to wait lol

I'm having problems with crashing too. Week 14 map 67 won't work, game crash if I try to play it. Same thing with the new week 15 maps 71 and 73. Some other maps do this also. It's really annoying.

Any help for troubleshooting?
Same issue here. Game crashes after ~10 minutes. All I was doing was playing Cup of the Day
I'm assuming you're running Windows? If so, open up "Computer Management" (right click Start button and select from list).

Select Windows Log in the left pane.

Check under either "Applications" or "System" tab and look for the "Trackmania" process. If you've had any errors or crashes, it'll be listed here along with the faulting module, time stamp and exception code.

There's also an error code (or EVENT ID).

Do an online search for the Exception code & EVENT ID and that'll bring up lots of pages to browse to see the root cause.

Note: Use the right panel to filter the log for "error" and "critical".

That will at least give you a starting point as to a possible reason the crash occurred.
