Can't invite / join friend "Crossplay Party"

I can't join or invite a friend and the only reason I'm getting is "Crossplay Party" in the Ubisoft overlay. Both of us have Crossplay activated and I paid for club access...

Hey there,

Can you confirm the platforms your friends are on that are trying to join you? If they're on console, particularly Xbox I'd ask them to check this Xbox FAQ[support.xbox.com] out as there are console specific crossplay settings as well.

As I assume you're both playing on PC I'd also check the privacy settings on your Ubisoft Account to ensure there's no blockers there. To do so head to the account management website[account.ubisoft.com], log in and then go to Privacy Center > Social preferences and try setting all of these options to everyone.
