Regional Rankings Not Loading

Since i downloaded TM, the regional rankings for tracks, like my continent, country and state, have not loaded. I deleted and then re-downloaded the game, and I can still only see the world rankings for tracks. Please help, what if im the best player in idaho and i dont know it.

I'd like to know the answer to this too. I just paid for club access and created a new account to do so. now the regional are nowhere to be found
