Bossrage: I want Rugal!

I remeber why KOF02 was my favourite out of all KOF's. I was never competetiv in this game, but it was allways fun to play.
However,currently I want to do the achievments. The King of Fighters achievement is to defeat Omega Rugal. I know that KOF's with multiple Bosses need special conditions. Which do I need for Rugal? I only get C-Zero and Krizaldin.

And why the hell is only Rugals Bossversion in this game? He is my favourite and it's sad that I can't play him online,cause of this.

Just beat Arcade mode without using continues. Round losses are alright.

Defeat to Igniz, Zero o Krizalid with the first character in team play mode, then Omega Rugal appears :)

The voice actor for him seems to have changed from 98, doesn't sound nearly as badass anymore and that character art is just lol. It is a little disappointing that they didn't give him and Geese non-boss versions. That said he's easy to get to in single player as the AI is dumb as toast compared to 98UM. Only real hurdle is if you get Zero as the 2nd last boss, as he's still bs cheese even on low difficulties.

The voice actor is still the same guy from 98 but somehow his acting isn't great in this one.

Are you guys really serious? I mean yeah, if you try to play it on default settings and all trying to beat Rugal is kidna tough.

But you can really cheeze the game if you change the game option settings anyways, lol. And besides, last I checked, the Steam version has everyone unlocked at the start anyways. (Not unless said person is playing either the PS2/XBLA ver.)

Oh, and you can play him online, unless its on Player Matches and have everyone playable as a selection, oh and Rugal (Like the other bosses Krizalid, both Zero's, Igniz, and N. Geese in particular when playable) all have damage nerfs.
