Training against a dummy and practice punishing

Hi everyone !
I didn't understand the command menu completely, but I was wondering if they was a way to record an action for the CPU and repeat it to learn how to beat/punish it.

The only method I found is to have a player 2 on the keyboard, open his start menu, record a command (and put the guard at the end of it), and press the keyboard button to play this command, then go back to my fightstick and try to punish it.
It works, but it's not as easy as the dummy on SF4/V for exemple. I have to activate his command move myself.

Is there a better way to train in this game ?

On practice mode on menu the fist option where is stand change it to move and you will simulate a real fight against cpu.

Okay. I can make the CPU use a "command" in the menu "action".
I have to record this command by playing with the player 2 controller as I explained in my first post, then let the CPU doing it.
