Need help on the max 2 move on the command list.

I'm pretty new to this game and have no idea how to do these moves with any characters. I tried with Angel but could not perform it, then tried Yamazaki's max 2 which seems easier and nothing, I don't know what to do since I can do all the max 1s but not the 2s and was wondering if there is something I haven't noticed.

Note: I know that Angel's requires the opponent to be on the floor(threw them to the floor and tried but still could not do it).

to do max 2 you need to be with low live (red bar).

Thanks a lot Neondrare, I still haven't done Angel's move becuase I suck but at least I could do Terry's and Yamazaki's.
