no dbd reward?

i preordered it and just read that i had to make a behaviour acount to get rewards. i did now that the game has been released...it says i own it in the library of behaviours but i havent gotten the reward yet.

when youre on DBD click Rewards, scroll down then click claim

You can go to your game library. Click on dead by daylight and go to rewards. It should be there.

do you linked TCOF with Behaviour and steam? when yes it does not work for me either

When i chose the discover option on dead by daylight under the account manager you scroll down and see the option to claim it but first gotta choose what platform you own and where to redeem and its done!
