thats the thing does it require steam account linked to dbd or is there some way to link casting of frank stone to ur steam which links it to dbd because i have a feeling its just going to be like "well u didnt link it when u pre ordered so no bonus" meanwhile everything was linked that i could find a link for except casting of frank stone

The DbD rewards are not pre-order bonuses, they are simply purchase bonuses for connecting your accounts. Normal version gets you a few things in DbD, Deluxe gets you extra stuff in DbD.

Frank Stone's only pre-oder bonus is:
