Chapter 6 opening cabinet crash

In the beginning of chapter 6 where I have to open the cabinet, my game keeps crashing. How do I fix??

Did you find a fix? As soon as i look at the key the game crashes

Never found a fix, so I eventually just uninstalled. Would've asked for a refund, but I had already played too long.

It worked when I started to run it as an administrator. My friend told me to do that and boom it worked. Maybe try doing that if you haven't yet
