Same. now I can't even get back into the game. I press enter at the main menu and I get an Error Code Not Found with the Yes/No prompt. have to Alt+F4 to close it at that point.

If you have an 13th and 14th gen based Intel processor, make sure to use the latest bios from your mainboard manufacturer with the 0x129 microcode.

yea we literally got to the second character and couldn’t get halfway through it 😭

My 14th gen works alot better after the BIOS update. I did however also follow a guide to manually set the loadlines so it does not drop as much under load. My motherboard had awful vdroop stock settings. Dont know why they did that. Now all is fine however.

I did the update but appears my save is now corrupted. Have to start over. Here's to hoping 2nd go round is smoother after the bios update.

our save was fine. unfortunately still crashing every 15-20 minutes 😭😭 and the pc we’re playing on is super nice. very high quality.

My game was crashing pretty hard and it seems like changing the resolution to a lower res fixed it.

Disable AMD frame-gen if you have it enabled if you can't get to main menu like myself go to "%localappdata%\TheCastingofFrankStone\Saved\Config\Windows" find file "GameUserSettings.ini" and find "EnableFSR3FrameGeneration=True" set it to False. This fixed my crashing.

open the folder where the exe file is and go to the exe properties and set compatibility mode for windows 8 and make sure to tick disable full screen optimization, that fixed all the crashing for me.

Some games are great and some just dont work.......it's not my PC...I stream and game for a living. /shrug
