the game won`t start

if i click on the start button for the game it says it will start up but then it stops loading and won`t launch can someone please help

Sorry to hear it you are unable to launch Immortals Fenyx Rising.

Can you share with us the full specs of your PC please?
Include the GPU driver version and date, the game's installation path and Windows full version build (type WinVer in the Start menu and press Enter).

Disable ALL 3rd party, unnecessary applications running in the background, especially 3rd party overlays:

Disconnect any additional USB devices, other than mouse and keyboard for testing purposes (any USB hubs, headsets etc).
