The in-game store does not work in the game.
The in-game store does not work in the game, as well as the Hermes store and its dynamic tasks I play on a license, what's the matter, tell me?

I reinstalled the game and checked the integrity of the cache did not help.

This sounds like it's pointing more towards a connectivity issue.

I've checked and we've had no other reports or degradation with the game, so we'll complete these troubleshooting steps too to see if they help.

Please could you give everything in this guide[www.ubisoft.com] a try, including Port Forwarding.

Same issue on every possible network configurations.
Also re-validate game files.

Can you share a screenshot of the issue, as the previously attached screenshot cannot be open anymore.
Did you have access to the in-game store before and it stopped working or you were never able to access it?

Hello everyone,

I tested the game and did not run in any issues with the store.
It is present, and I can purchase all available bundles (weapons, armour, currency).

I think, for people who do miss it, it could be an account related issue.
I, or any of my colleagues here, will not be able to check it for you, sadly.
