Bow interupts

I have this weird issue where sometimes I try to use my bow and it acts like it is interrupting so I can't get a shot off. I am not blocked by objects or out of stamina. I try moving a bit or using another weapon but none seem to do anything to the issue. I can go a hour or more without an issue and then for 5 minutes I can't get a shot off. I am on a PC and encounter this issue whether I start from Steam or Uplay.

May we please know what control method you're using?

And does this continue after verifying the game's files[ubi.li] too?

I am on a PC with Windows 10. I use a keyboard and mouse. I have fixed the install and nothing seems to stop it. It is intermittent with it not doing it for quite some time but then doing it constantly for 10 or 15 minutes.

This is definitely an odd behaviour.
Could you try to run tests from a {LINK REMOVED}clean boot?

Have you also tried with different control methods? Such as a controller, for instance?
