Bad performance
My setup is Ryzen 5600X and rx6600. Whatever setting I put this game in, it runs terribly poorly, in some places the game is at 60 fps, in others it barely sustains 30, apart from the framerate instability, can anyone run this game satisfactorily?

Yes, i7 9700k, RTX4070, 32 RAM, 4K at high settings, getting 70 to 80 fps.

Are you trying to play at native 4k or something like that? You won't with a rx6600 so instead lower the resolution to 1080p or similar.
I've already tried running the game at a resolution below 1080p, but framerate problems still occur. I noticed that the "Environment Quality" option is the problem, even in the minimum configuration, it weighs heavily on performance. If I set it to 1080p with everything on ultra, but the "Environment Quality" on ultra low, everything flows, but on low this setting takes a toll, leaving the game running at 40fps even less.

That's weird, at 1080p your gpu should give you at least constant 60fps even on ultra high according to this video (even with a worse cpu).

So first make sure you are using the latest gpu drivers available for your card.

If that is already the case consider running the game with a performance monitor to better diagnose what happens when the game goes below 50fps, your cpu or gpu could be overheating, running out of ram/vram or something similar.

This video you sent shows the initial area of the game, even there, fps drops to 50 or even less, but when the map opens it gets even worse. Reaching 30fps or less, and even adjusting everything to low, performance doesn't change. Now I don't know if this could be a problem with the AMD card, or something different.

This is very strange, because the RX6600 is superior in performance, but according to what you say, the performance is better than my video card. You probably see a problem with the drive or something similar.
ok, I think I found the solution, it seems that AMD cards suffer from poor performance in the game, and according to this article, just by adding the DXVK DLLs to the game's source folder, all this performance problem disappears, I tested it here and it worked

Glad you got it fixed.
And thanks for posting the fix.

Some people are just like;
"I got it fixed, okay thanks bye."

Runs like total garbage on a 4080, epyc cpu with unlimited memory.
