Copy my save files of this game from Gamepass to steam?
Will ubisoft app let me play this game in steam from where I stopped in gamepass?

Could you confirm if doing this will also unlock the achievements previously unlocked on Xbox onto Steam?

No. Xbox achievements do not transfer.
