Gold edition purchased. But where is the "additional digital content"?

It looks like only the season pass stuff showed up.

The additional digital content stuff shows at least 3 new items. None of which I have seen in the game. Not even able to find and claim them through ubisofts shop.

Any ideas?

Nope. Already checked all of that, plus I'm a bit past the starting island.

Think I'm just going to have to contact ubisoft on this one. And I really did not want to do that.

Got a response from Ubisoft and honestly it sounded like a canned response. But I did everything they mentioned, includiing verifying game files, running ubisoft connect as admin, redoing the tutorial etc...

No such luck.

Same for me, DLCs and season pass ok, but no bonus content

Iirc, they killed the verification servers for that content a while ago.

This was not one of the games impacted by that.

Additional DLC are at home page of game left of the option to start the game. You can select any of the 3 DLC and start playing it without going into base game, similar like ghost recon wildlands

Additional DLC are at home page of game left of the option to start the game. You can select any of the 3 DLC and start playing it without going into base game, similar like ghost recon wildlands

Those are the expansion packs. Not at all what I was talking about.

same problem

i just refunded AC cause it wouldnt start and the support didnt respond for 8 days and now the paid for content is missing? ubisoft really needs to get their ♥♥♥♥ together ...

I got it what you are saying and I am missing that too. Digital content showing in credit to buy them instead they should be free which are :

Go to Ubisoft forum and first sign in to ubi account on which game is redeemed.
Top left corner select games and then more games and go to immortal fenyx rising and raise your ticket

I created a ticket about 2 days ago. I just received all the missing items while playing the game.
