Does Ubisoft not realize how bad this makes them look?

where is the Steam Cloud, Achievements, Trading Cards, etc? there isn't even a full controller support icon, maybe they just forgot?

Ubisoft have it's own save cloud system, it make possible to use your save on any platform, including on console.
Achievements also in Ubi app.
Rest of the Steam crap is garbage for them.

Don't release on Steam then. More honest than this half-assed approach. I would have picked this up with proper Steamworks-integration, as it stands, I will just continue not to buy it. And Ubisoft's own platform is absolutely unreliable garbage.

Almost all Ubi Game on Steam doesn't have Steam Related Feature, no Cross-Save Synchronization or things like that.
They don't care.

They probably are treating it the same as EGS. Sure you can buy the game there but you are going to use their launcher. And if that really is the case you can buy the game on Steam and then play it through Ubisoft Connect alone.

True. There are several games Ubisoft released that I haven't played because they were not on Steam. I imagine it is the same for other people.
