game is 52gb.. is it cuz of the dlc?

i bought the gold edition, and against what the store page says the file size is (around 32gb), its actually 52gb. is this because i have all the dlc, or did the base game get updated so much that it too is 52gb?

i checked the game's dlc settings in steam, and there is no file size listed for the dlc's.. and when i uncheck any, it doesnt seem to uninstall anything

i wanna know so that i can downgrade to the base game if needed.. steam deck has limited storage space

I just got the base game, and it's 52.9GB installed.

I originally played this on PC gamepass (I had a free month, then bought it on Steam when that ran out) and the install there was somewhere around 30 GB. For whatever reason it's just bigger on Steam.
