To each their own, of course, and I won't judge people that don't care, but I won't even buy it at 90% off since they force us to play as a chick. It's just one of my little personal stands. The wokester devs & publishers go out of their way to try and engineer my mind (along with the rest of society), so I go out of my way to tell them '@#$% you'. I figure that's fair. Oh well, maybe next time. Rock on!

EDIT: WOW! I figured that given all the male feminists (*snicker*) out there, this post was bound to mine some salt, but Ho RE FOOK! SO AWESOME! The virtue signaling White Knights really got turned up to 11 on this one, eh?

So. Just three quick follow up points...

1) I'm very happy to learn that there is in fact a customizable character creator in this title. To be fair, I was hitting the bourbon pretty good the night I posted this, but I thought I looked around pretty good and every shot & clip I saw was of the same cliche "stronk wamyn" the devs created for their YT videos. So this is good news. And for everyone, not just me! More customization is never a bad thing. Right, INCELS? LOL!

2) You white knights should know that based on studies, women actually have a greater preference for playing characters of the same gender than males do. This is just a fact. So go cry to them about their misandry and sExIsM, why don't ya?

3) Women are roughly 20-22% of CORE gamers. That means they don't just play Candy Crush on their phone. If you count that, it's around 40%. In other words, they are WAAAY over-represented in modern mainstream video games. As are POC, by the way. If an alien were to try and lean about us through our video games in 2022 onward, it would be forced to believe that about half of us were black chicks. It's ridiculous. The funny thing is, the people who will whine about me pointing all this out are the same ones who will whine that so-called "mArGiNaLiZeD gRoUpS" need representation and support the propagandizing agenda of evil outfits like Sweet Baby, the Feminist Frequency, etc. So they admit they want representation, but only certain kinds; and NOT accurate kinds. You know, ~25% POC and ~25% female representation. Which simply-put means they're okay with propagandizing the public. And to be clear, THAT is what I despise, not women, LGBTBBQ+%, and not POC. Manipulation. Attempts at having my perceptions artificially altered in order to twist my mind into aligning with some kind of cultish hive mind. I know, I know, as a cult member, you find the ideas of truth and reality literally viscerally terrifying. Sorry, but but that's just how I roll. I can take it.

Actually, there are plenty of games with female protagonists. The times where "princess in distress" was their only role is long gone.

Oh I know, I was exaggerating maybe a lot. When Tomb Raider first came out though, all those years ago, it was a huge deal. I'm an old gal now, I remember the olde days quite well!
