it's just a guess
I just completed these without issue.
The team deployed a patch on November 12th[trello.com] that aimed to resolve the large majority of Delta-03 errors causing random disconnects and we're glad to hear that for some of you this does now appear to be resolved or at least much more stable than before.
if the issue is ongoing for some of you we would like to gather further details from you in order to report this to the team, there are specific actions the team are still working on resolving that do still cause Delta-03 in some scenarios.
For those of you where the issue is ongoing can you confirm the following:
- Is it Delta-03 the only error message you're seeing? If there any additional errors you've been seeing can you confirm those as well?
- Are these errors occurring at random or do they seem to occur consistently on specific missions or when performing specific in game actions?

Thanks for the information provided.
When you got the Delta-03 error on Coney Island can you recall what you were doing at the time? For instance where you fighting enemies, collecting an item or simply walking/running?

Today I got two within 20 minutes in Washington.
Both times were in the middle of fighting for priority objectives.
No other errors noted.
I will try and keep an eye out for additional info to provide next time such as where, when, skill types in use or enemy types.

I'm sorry to hear that you have also experienced DELTA-03 errors. It's strange that you encountered those in Washington as the issue was related to the New York map.

It ended up being my video card drivers were out of date.
Long story:
AMD had done an Adrenaline Edition software update as well as a driver update.
However the AE software had installed it's update first which then rendered it incompatible with the old drivers and unable to install the new one.
Manually downloading the new driver and installing it appears to have fixed the issue that I had as I have been playing trying to replicate the previous issue to no success.
My question now falls into AMD's realm.
I mean what is the point to having software that is supposed to keep my drivers updated if all it does is update itself to a point it can't keep my drivers updated.
So in my case it would appear to be an outdated driver issue.
