cannot buy any part of the permafrost cosmetics

i have tried all of the advice i could get and nothing worked and i have seen a few other having the same issue that when you go to buy it it will just say it cannot process the order and to try again later

For troubleshooting, would it be possible to ensure your network is configured [ubi.li] for the game and then retry?

If this then persists, would it be possible to explain in further detail at exactly what stage the purchase fails?

it is configured correctly and it just won't let me buy it when i hold the buy button it just says apparel store failed to process the request and to try again later but it has been happening for 4 days and others have the same issue but for 2 months

I am having the same issue on the Xbox version. I can purchase any item in the store, but when I try to buy the permafrost clothing I get this message

"Error: Apparel Stor failed to process the request. Please try again later"
