el juego no inicia
Un saludo a todos, alguien que me pueda echar una mano , el juego no arranca, alguien tiene una solución para este problema ,

No, la verdad es que no hay una solución consistente o genérica para ello. Asumo que cumples con los requisitos mínimos para correr el juego. Lo que te puedo sugerir, aunque imagino que ya lo has hecho, es realizar una instalación limpia del juego. Desinstala el juego y borra la carpeta del mismo donde quedan guardados algunos datos de tu configuración y perfil.

Prueba con ello a ver si tienes suerte. Si te da pereza, que lo entiendo, reinstalar el juego desde cero intenta verificar la integridad de los archivos. No obstante esto no suele funcionar ya que no parece haber archivos corruptos.

Suerte. Y si no lo consigues ya sabes que puedes solicitar la devolución del producto.

También hay gente que está probando con distintas versiones de los drivers de la gráfica. Yo esto no lo recomiendo a menos que tengas tiempo de sobra y sepas hacer instalaciones limpias de controladores (que no es difícil sino terriblemente tedioso).

I will not translate this one because seeing the exact same drone comment triggered me so hard. Hire people who can deliver the proper support for the community. I know hiring is not in your reach but you can always take this suggestion up in the chain of command.
