Classified Assignment bugged door?

I go to the door White House - Loc 198,180 but it's garbled and when I scan it nothing happens? Is this bugged, or do I need to do something? Many thanks

Update to my comment last week - this can be ignored if u don't have the 1 yr pass or whatever it's called. If nothing else activating the door disabled the annoying reminder everytime I walked in it's range.
