I played the game 100+ hours on UPLAY and got bored because of UPLAY,

Does this version open it ? Is it "stable" and worth to do the game again?

Yeah man, I quit playing because of constant crashes. I couldn't complete a full activity before a hard crash, sometimes requiring a PC restart to clear it. So frustrating.

To show that you play the original instead of non steam option :)
since if yo buy here, it will launch the uplay too in the end. just what make it different since you have the original as well on steam, it will show that you played from steam

That "stupid Ubisoft login or Uplay rubbish to play the game" is necessary to keep track of your account and progression. Both Epic and Steam are just platforms to host the game. Both still use the Ubisoft Connect launcher.

Wrong. A normal Account login would suffice, a launcher is actually not needed to track progression. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2022) nd Apex Legends are the ultimate proof.

I wasn't speaking in general terms, I was speaking as to how Ubisoft handles it. For Ubisoft, all of your progression is tied to your Ubisoft account. Ubisoft Connect also has the Ubisoft Store and what used to be Uplay Points system to redeem for in-game rewards and unlocks.

Anyway, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 still retrieves and keeps track of your progression and stats through your Activision account. Apex Legends keeps track of your progression through your EA account.
