Already bought the game on Ubisoft how do I play it on Steam?

Please tell me we do not have to re-buy it. Ubisoft connect is begging me nightly to uninstall it. So I figured I would come on here and see how to do it, but after searching I have not found anything. Any help/advice appreciated. Thanks!

If you bought the game on Ubisoft Connect, it is not possible to run it through Steam.

To be able to play on Steam, you will need to purchase the Steam version.

Regarding the Ubisoft Connect version, are you having issues with the game itself?

Steam only sells the game, you play it on Ubisoft. There is no Steam, Epic or bought from a guy in a van down by the river version of this game. It's all played on Ubisoft Connect

You can add non-steam games to your steam library via "Add a Game" button on bottom left; You just point it to the game's exe, in the case of division 2 I would say the launcher exe which should correctly launch the game through Ubisoft Connect. This doesn't give you access to any steamworks stuff like achievements etc but you should be able to use steam overlay.
