Achievement are not working at all (Ubisoft -> Steam)

Hi, I just wondering if there are resolve with steam achievement not synchronize if the game bought and play from Ubisoft Connect originally?

Just like brief story, I bought the game back in Ubisoft connect and play it for long time, thus i have like almost every achievement.

And like I decide to buy the standard version during Autumn Sale cos like i just realize you guys decide to give actual achievement on the steam ones as well. like back in end of August.

I pop the game thought like the achievement would directly popped cos i thought its synchronize, but it never happen even when i made new character. Even when i decide to just play regularly on my main character, still not work.

Now I tried several method like clearing cache on the %localappdata% / the Ubisoft folder for the achievement from other general discussion but idk if that is a valid method to fix the achievement so it sync with the Ubisoft Connect.

Now I appreciate if you guys can response or if there any workable around this issue.

Thank you for your question and sorry to hear it that Ubisoft Connect achievements for The Division 2 have not unlocked for you in Steam.

Yes, the Ubisoft Connect achievements you previously unlocked should also unlock for you in Steam, if the Steam account is linked to the same Ubisoft account.
Sometimes, it's not immediate and takes a few open/close syncs.

Please have a look at these patch notes from Aug 06, 2024 TU21.3 update

"STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS

Steam Achievements will be rolled out and available soon after the maintenance concludes.

Progress is shared between Ubisoft Connect and Steam. Completing an achievement on one platform will automatically mark it as complete on the other.

Previously completed achievements in Ubisoft Connect will appear as completed in Steam."

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately i think its been like more open/close than it should be. I did even try to unlink and let Ubisoft Connect relink automatically when launching the game through steam, still nothing happened yet.

Also i noticed now on my Ubisoft connect, there are 2 Division 2 on my library and one of them written as Steam. is that might be the issue?

If there's any other way i can like probably help to resolve the issue like providing attachment or somesort? Otherwise its fine.

I'm sorry to hear your Steam achievements still haven't unlocked.

Having two icons in your games library is normal if you have the game on Ubisoft Connect and Steam. This should not cause an issue with your achievements.

We are also unable to manually unlock achievements.

Could you please provide screenshots showing your Ubisoft Connect achievements and your Steam achievements.

- Big Game Hunter
- Arrow to the knee
- For posterity
- Dark Zone: Occupied Hijack

But yeah I just found it weird cos like its been.. a while as well with the achievement like 4 or 5 years ago

They'll update it here if they have investigate it. Just wait for now. I giving evidence, so its not only me, but also for people who still haven't manage to get the fix hopefully.

I have solved the issue. The problem is because I have installed two copies the Division one to the ubiconnect and one to the steam.
I uninstalled the steam version. then I uninstalled ubiconnect version. Closed ubiconnect and have restart Steam.
After that I installed only steam version and achievements are working.
