No more main missions after Federal Emergency Bunker (Level 25)

I've been playing for a couple of days past Federal Emergency Bunker trying to get to level 30 because the main missions suddenly stopped appearing after I completed the Federal Emergency Bunker mission and got the SHD Network back online.

After the mission I went to the white house to turn the SHD Network back online, and watched a cutscene with the president giving a speech.

After that, there has been no more main missions. I've checked several times over, and I have literally nothing to do besides side quests and map completion. I'm level 29 now (I did the Federal Emergency Bunker at 24) and I remember last time I played this game that there was a mission where you stormed the capitol, which I haven't done yet.

After you have completed all main missions you need to complete strongholds. There are several of them and they in turn will unlock the final Capitol mission. There is one CP at the top-right side of the screen that is close to, I think, first stronghold you need to complete. But would also not be surprised if bugs are stopping you from progressing.

So the Federal Emergency Bunker is the last mission? The game gave absolutely 0 explanation on what to do next after I turned the SHD Network back online, and I was 4 levels behind the strongholds... The Federal Emergency Bunker mission was level 25, I completed it at level 24, and the strongholds started at 27, 28 and 30. The game didn't even tell me to do any of those.

Before, there was at least 3 main missions to do at all times. One being on your current level, another being one level above your level, and another being 2 levels above your level. The Federal Emergency Bunker was the 2 levels above me. I kinda thought the cycle would continue...
