HELP, ERROR UNIFORM-01

I TRY TO OPEN THE GAME AND WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER IT GIVES THIS ERROR MESSAGE, UNIFORM-01. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?

Followed that guide, forwarded all the ports, and I still get Uniform-01 =(

Check to see if Ubisoft wants you to change your password on the Ubisoft main site. That fixed it for me today.

im trying to change the password but i dont receive the email what can i do?

Yeah I am getting it too. Went to log in to Ubisoft site, it tells me I need to change my password as it could have been compromised (which it hasn't been) and then it comes up with the error "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." so I can't change my password.

It's easier to log in to my bank than it is to Ubisoft.

I'm going to try a refund, doing a search shows that this issue has been going on for years, so they obviously don't care. You'll be lucky to get the email and it will probably happen again.

I managed to connect via Facebook and opened a ticket, I'm waiting for a response and a refund if necessary, but something like this is still absurd

Good luck, they refused my refund as I have played over 2 hours. I managed to get back on after hours of messing about but I expect it to happen again
