Fragile Armor Still Bugged?

I've seen posts about this like 3 years ago and its still bugged? I'm not using it anymore but when i join a game that has that directive all party members have the bugged fragile armor.

it did bug for me once in summit where i coudnlt get rid of broken plate but for a rogue encounter i did switch a piece in my build with a blue core i believe and it did get rid of the broken plate

I've been playing with it non-stop. No issues. If it exists, I haven't experienced it.

With how often it happens kinda hard to believe. But then probably there are some conditions too. Perhaps it relates to extra armor from the watch or levelled gear, causing script to freak out or what not.

It still exists. I started looking. Amazed they don't bug fix this game.

The flaw is still there in the 'Main Missions'. When you use an Armor-kit, the 'Broken Armor'-stack isn't removed. No matter whether the stack is at 1 or 4 or anything in between. Seriously, are the devs so underpaid that they don't bother fully making a functionality work as it's supposed to?
