0xc0000005 Error
I have been having issues with The Division two, the issue appear straight after easy anti-cheat has finished. I have tried all suggested fixes for this without any luck. I have a link to my youtube video showing what exactly is happening. https://youtu.be/WezjYYg6Grc

Would appreciate any further assistance anyone could give.

Unfortunately I am having the same issue with the same 0xc0000005 error but still no solution for the problem. For me it started on Friday, 9th of June. By the way the video link you postet cannot be reached as it is set as "private video".

0xc0000005 Error occurs when the game cannot get access to the data it is looking for in the system's memory.
-Press the Windows key and R to bring up the Run toolbox
-Type sysdm.cpl and press enter
-Select the Advanced tab
-Select Performance Settings
-Select Advanced again
-Select the Virtual memory Change button
-Uncheck the 'Automatically manage paging file size for all drives' box
-Make a note of your current settings
-Select a drive such as a fast SSD or one with plenty of space and select the Custom size check button
-Set a number for the Initial size then times this by x3 for the maximum size
-Select Set, then OK, then you must restart your computer
-Test the game again

If the game refuses to launch you can go back to this menu and set a higher number pagefile, or reset the settings back to 'System Managed size' to use the default settings before you started editing these options

I just recently installed the game & get this same error right after the anti-cheat window loads, game does not start.
I tried the method mentioned above but did not work for me. Any other suggestions?

Hey everyone, I'm sorry that you've experienced this issue when trying to play The Division 2.

In order to be able to investigate this, could you please provide the following info:
- When did you notice this error the first time?
- Was it following a game update?
- Was it following any driver/Windows update?
- Does it happen every time you play or is it random?
- Is the game installed in the same directory where Steam is installed?
- PC Specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows version)
- Attempted resolution steps

These info will be helpful to pinpoint the cause of the issue.

Thank you very much.

-Yes, it was following a game update the day before
-No there was no driver or windows update
-it happens every time i'm trying to play
-yes, the game is installed in the same directory as steam
- PC Specs: CPU: i7-12700H, GPU: Nvidia T1200 Laptop GPU, RAM: 32GB, WIndows Version: 10.0.22621 Build 22621

Bought the game in June 23. Installed OK but have not been able to get past this error code since. The solution above (from Abs) did not work).

Well colour me surprised. I added division.exe to the exceptions list in my anti-virus (TrendMicro) and the game launched first try.

Hahaha ... haha. Thanks for the good laugh today, best joke of the week. Person tells support that adding exceptions to virus scanner solves their issue. Suppose that many malware developers would love this attitude as well. Question is why this is solving the issue in the first place, and why are UB games treated as if they are viruses.
I am also using Trend Micro.
I have to admit i also find it kind of odd to expect us to randomly add our games to the exception list instead of you fixing the initial issues of the games launched by you as a company by making the games not being classified as viruses.
