Ubisoft Connect crashes Steam Deck

Launched The Division 2 this morning and the Ubisoft Connect / Launcher did an update. Not the game won't launch with the following text box:

Ubisoft Connect has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down. Crash dump created at *C:/Program Files (×86)Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher (crashes"

Tried updating GE-Proton, tried verifying the game files, tried reinstalling the game completely and it still crashes. Posted on Reddit and other users with same exact issue in for Division 2 and other Ubisoft games.

I don't know if this is only on Steam Deck or also on other Linux PCs running Steam.
