In that thread there are people explaining how to update something for the graphic management in the steam deck.
You have to keep in mind that this morning they performed mantainance and some updates and they have probably broken the game for the SD again and you will have to wait for the fix.

Ubisoft don't dictate the ratings issued to titles for Steam Deck, but Valve has marked The Division 2 as 'Playable' on the platform.
This means it should run but additional configuration may be required.
Further to the thread shared by Ruvvens, Valve also have some troubleshooting steps that may be able to assist here.
There's also the Steam Deck boards here to consult with other Deck users.
