best specialization for endgame solo?
I'm currently running gunner now, but I have seen people recommending survivalist and technician. Which one is the best? I mostly play the game solo.

My self run solo but i use both gunner and survivalist.
Prefer gunner cuz the armor i get back and comes in hand when the fragile armor bugs out and you cant use your armor packs...
After all unlock them all and see maybe you like one more than other.

The best for others is not the best for you!
Its a matter of, can you handle your spec! ;)

I play as a technician machinegunner solo at mid range, with a perfectly glasscanon armour. Its a little bit rougelike, but dmg is still on the higher side.

On the other hand, i have the most fun in close quarter combat with the flametrowerspec and a shotgun, when the enemys still close too you. In daylie missions with others its a very good aid on higher difficulty.

If you want to stay far away from the enemys, a rifle should be your choice. Its perfectly for far and mid combat if you have a quick finger! ;)

But I also saw a passive player with a mortar using only passive abilities in hero mode. It was great, but the fights were very long! While I kept dying, he was just hiding in the background. xD

It all depends on your build. Most of our borg use an all red or striker build with gunner. I use many different builds during missions so I use all specializations generally. I use technician on my all blue pfe build just to buff a drone. I aslo have a tech 4 drone 60% crit chance 141% crit damage with a tech 5 crusader shield.umbra build that use technician.I also have a similar build but with gunner.
