What does the number under the star icon of a player means?For exmaple 00135.

Thats the SHD level.

Its not the SHD level, its the commendation level
When you press escape and go in progress you have a tab called "commendation"
its essentially challenges that can get you lil rewards including charms and caches, nothing important.
It's just a number showing off if you did a lot of commendations or not

to increase comendation score you need go to progresion tab and manualy claim each one which is done if you dont doo that it will stay to 0
you already done many of them when you play game just go and claim them
