Game working? OSCAR-01 error

I have no clue about Oscar-01 but I got the Bravo-04 today. It would say it had to patch/update and close the launcher only to give me Bravo-04 after. Here are the things I tried.

- I verified the files and that didn't work.
- I went into Task Manager and made sure everything Ubisoft was stopped.
- I launched the game again and still got that error.
- I closed Steam and retried and it still didn't work.
- Finally I restarted my PC and that worked.

Now I did have to re-enter my credentials in the Ubisoft connect login after it patched/updated. I am not sure but something makes me think this is because my credentials need to be reverified as a security precaution or something by logging back in.

If I ever get this error again I am going to test it by signing out of Ubisoft Connect and logging back in and possibly restarting my PC if that first step doesn't fix it because it might be a combo fix that restarting the PC somehow makes it work.

I got clash when I open the game go to loading about 21%, It's clash without any errors report and I just updated my graphics card only
