Scorpio exotic help

I have been trying to get the scorpio for a few months now but havent gotten lucky enough. I am on PC and I do have the New York DLC also. I am shd level 290. Yesterday I went to look at the exotic list in the crafting table and I noticed how a few of them are dimmed out with a lock on the picture. My issue is I do not see the scorpio in this list along with the rest of the exotics I have yet to unlock. Is that normal?

Same issue. I also can't seem to get the blueprint to upgrade my 'Sweet dreams' to the Lullaby....
Have done 200 summit floors with 'Pistol' as targeted to loot to get the TDi Custom Kard, Have had multiple 'Liberty's' and 'Busybee's' but no TDI Customer Kard. Given the snafu with the Regulus since they introduced the new magnum I'm not overly surprised. Just have to hope to get it from an exotic cache from the weekly's + events. seems to be my best way of getting exotics I want.

I tryng the countdown and find only lullaby or nothing :)

The TDI Kard Custom pistol is a DZ only item. You have to farm it there or buy Named Item caches.

Scorpio is in the general loot pool so farm targeted loot areas for shotguns. You're dealing with RNG so just keep at it. Do Summit and Countdowns. Buy exotic caches. Even if you don't get Scorpio right away, you may get other useful gear.

Already have all i needed. All i want is skorpio. Also, in exo caches, i got every time the duplicate :D i know is normal in this cases but so common :)

Best way is go targeted shotguns mision with 4 people group heroic so if someone get it hes can drop it for you
