The Division 2 loot does not drop

What to do? I go into the Nuclear Power Plant Countdown with randoms and the loot doesn’t drop. When I'm alone, the loot drops, but I can't get through alone. It always says: Administrator is absent.

I've noticed the same thing. Hunters won't drop loot and the boxes wont either. Some old forums said that a single person with high latency leaving the match fixed the problem. Do you also not get the timer, and when you extract you cant get the match summary screen?

Well, if it were someone’s fault who had a longer delay, this wouldn’t happen all the time. Yeah I got all these problems

I hear time ago one with same issue and solved to play last mission of keener.
