Will I get the Warlords of New York expansion when I buy the base game?

No.

It is a separate expansion. You can buy it separately or buy the Ultimate Edition which includes it.

It should be included. According to the store page, it says:

"TOM CLANCY’S THE DIVISION 2 + WARLORDS OF NEW YORK EXPANSION"

It wasn't at first but UB changed that few months ago. If not included you can refund and report the store page to steam support for false advertising.

I just bought the game this morning (01/20/2025) for $9.99USD (NOT THE ULTIMATE EDITION), and it included the 'Warlords of New York' DLC.

My game ( not ultimate edition) says "includes Warlords of New York", but takes me to a page to purchase it. Driving me up the wall

if you buy now you get dlc also, but all old buys dont get it thats why your ultimate asks to buy it

Yeah it will, same as the ultimate edition as they merged the standard version with the dlc. Wont include you the Brooklyn DLC thats due to come this february
