Do NOT enable dx12

I get that outcomes may vary based on a number of things but to be safe rather than sorry, do not enable dx12.

I bought this game while the sale was going on and once I got into the game, I tinkered with the settings and enabled dx12. Was gaming without issue until one afternoon when I went to boot up the game and I got the game closing/crashing before even getting passed the intro warning screen. No matter what I did, the issue persisted. Some of the fixes I would find didn't work but one potential fix that I saw people say worked was something that I couldn't try because the game would crash before I could reach the settings in-game and that was disabling dx12 and just sticking with dx11. I personally was so annoyed at this entire situation that I formatted my ssd and reinstalled windows. You probably won't have/need to do that but that's what I did. After doing so and reinstalling the game, it launched. Wanna know why? Cause dx12 is disabled by default. And so far, that has fixed the endless startup crashing. I tried many different fixes for this issue but absolutely none of them worked until this one I figured I tell people about it. It worked for me and if you've been having the same issue, hopefully it'll work for you.
