rogue agents for ridgeway

so im trying to get ridgeways price, and i heard the best place to find them is control points, open world activities and the summet, ive ran all 100 floors, plenty of control points, and easily thousands of world activities, yet ive never seen a rogue agent pop up. does this still even exist? is there a better area/method? if it better to run control points in WONY and not DC?

They appear at CP, but quite rarely (best to look for at level 4 CP).

But, it is easier and faster to look for their spawn in the Summit (Challenging or Heroic). They can appear after each elevator (i.e. floors 4 / 7 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 21 etc. if I didn't mess up the order of the elevators).

I have not played in a regularly in the past few moths so not sure about any possible current issues.

I would have rogue agents spawn within the first 3 or 4 control points and within the first 5-10 floors on the summit.

Once I did have them spawn then they would be pretty rare spawns for the rest of the time I played that day.

They always spawn near safe houses in open world. So maybe going in and out helps to make them appear. It's also possible that in groups you're more likely to run into them.

ofcorse you can make all 100 floors on normal and newer see them

For the Exotic Chest Piece, "Ridgeway's Pride"
You have to collect the exotic mats that pop up in the golden key crates randomly while doing the hundred floors of the Summit. Once you've completed both mat and 100 floor completion, you then go back to Washington DC base of operations and talk to the craft table lady, "Inaya" She will have the next steps for completing the blueprint.(It's a grind. lol)

The other way to get Ridgeway's Pride is to have someone in your group who already has done the Blueprint Completion to run Countdown, Summit,(they have to have chest piece selected as their reward gear.)and or grind a Chest piece area with.

Take elevator in summit, if you don't hear alert of rogues, blow yourself up and restart checkpoint, repeat it.

i am nowhere near strong/good enough to run heroic anything lol, i struggled running a legend mission in a 4 man, barely got 10 kills in the whole mission

run in group cp 4 on heroic and you will get fast your rogue agents
also if your gear sucks for heroic go run countdown on chalenge its 8 people activity easy
first set your targeted loot what you need to farm
