Your game runs terribly on multiple owned great systems
played this game for 30 hours and then it starts stuttering and it breaks the whole thing. both games with a beefy pc, im considering a lawsuit at this point for not getting a working product. so tired of every game i buy not working, im never buying a ubisoft product even if they are on sale for a dollar.

if you work for this company you're a joke, so done with PC gaming man its awful. its just hours of fixing sht because some lazy asf dev doesnt wanna put in the work.

Every game you buy is not working? I assume that is an exaggeration due to being frustrated with The Division 2? There are several guides to optimizing the game as with a lot of games. You should see Fallout 76 tweaks to get it just right. About 2 years ago this game crashed a lot but they fixed it. If you are having issues with all games maybe something is wonky in your rig? I play quite a few higher end games with no issues and my rig is going on 5 years old now. Verify your game files? Usually fixes odd occurrences in games.
the games change but every pc ive had games that i love that i cannot play, its a maddening majority no matter what parts i buy or fix. im done fixing these games, its not even imperfections, i literally cannot play a lot of newer games becuz they run like sht. i played this game YEARS ago and had ZERO ISSUES on an rx 580 8gb, this stuff is tiring and i have exhausted every avenue every single time. hours upon hours, im done. i would say to others to get this game but after this, nah.

the dev team is small for this game, they wont optimize it properly for the battle of brooklyn and it WILL be a ♥♥♥♥ show. im talking to a lawyer tomorrow who specializes in this sort of stuff. i just spent 20 extra bucks buying a season pass and getting credits, just for it to all of a sudden not work.

at this point pc gamers need to realize your system doesnt matter if they dont upkeep, optimize, and put in actual workarounds.

I solved the stuttering problem by lowering the CPU temperatures. I had continuous stuttering caused by thermal throttling. I set max FPS 90-100 in game and everything works fine. I also turned off the memory integrity as Microsoft recommends: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/options-to-optimize-gaming-performance-in-windows-11-a255f612-2949-4373-a566-ff6f3f474613 and i had a good fps boost. I haven't changed much else that I can recommend.

its a stutter with a screen tearing effect. i have rollbacked drivers and reinstalled amd cpu stuff, no different. and it happens in both games, i play other games and have no issue.

it'd probably be a good thing to list your specs to get a better understanding here. My pc is a few years old and I've quite literally never had an optimization problem with this game. It sounds like something is wrong on your end more than the game. Or somewhere in between. But aside from Ubisoft being a terrible company this game is fairly well optimized even on my friends less beefy systems.

I had some "tearing" issues but I solved it by enabling G-Sync compatible mode in the Nvidia control panel and using a DisplayPort cable on my TUF VG249 (AMD-Freesync). I also checked that under Windows the display refresh is at maximum (144hz) and that the main monitor is the only one active (not duplicated or extended).
i have freesync and gsync on and it for sure helps in some games, it did work for the division games but these updates have absolutely made this game burnt, thanks for the tips but none of them work. its clearly somewhat related to the monitor, and with ubisoft we'll never get a fix for these things even when that new dlc comes out

What ingame graphic settings do you use?
ULTRA, but ive gone thru the settings to no avail, it was a pain:VGRUMPY:

Have you been into the in game benchmark to see if you are exceeding the Vram limit of the 4060, I suspect your running into Vram problems. When you say you've gone through all the settings does this mean you've tested everything on other pre-configured setting like High, Medium and low.

Just been in myself and ran the in game benchmark, I'm on a 4080 super running the game at 1440p ultra and my Vram is using 9.2 GB.
Did you change out the original video card by chance? I saw you mentioned 580 card but guessing that was a previous rig. Reason I ask is if you swap video card brands on the same system it can cause issues. Nvidia/AMD uninstallers never completely get rid of the previous driver remnants. I use DDU every time I update my video card drivers even though it is the same card. It completely clears the previous drivers before you update to the newest driver. DDU is free and has to be run from Safe Mode in Windows. Over the years I have read many success stories from people using it to solve video issues. Just a thought.
